低阶动力煤干湿联合分选系统应用及效果分析

煤炭是中国的主要能源,低阶煤作为我国煤炭储量的重要组成部分,其开发和利用备受关注;以哈尔乌素选煤厂为研究对象,分析了低阶煤干湿联合多粒级分选系统的应用效果.通过采用低阶动力煤深度筛分分级技术、基于过程参数的重介分选密度预测和调控技术,以及高密度级干法分选技术,哈尔乌素选煤厂的原煤入洗比例提高了 14.41 个百分点,精煤产率提升了9.88 个百分点,商品煤热值增加了 0.556 MJ/kg.研究表明,该干湿联合分选工艺为低阶煤的提质利用提供了有效解决方案.
Construction of dry and wet combined multi-particle fractionation system
Coal is the main energy source in China,and the development and utilization of low rank coal,as an important part of China's coal reserves,has attracted much attention.In this paper,the application effect of the dry-wet combined multi-grain sorting system for low-rank coal is analyzed with the Harsusu Coal Processing Plant as the research object.By combining the low rank power coal depth screening and classification technology,the process parameter-based density prediction and regulation technology of heavy media sorting,and the high-density level dry sorting technology,the raw coal into the washing ratio of the Halwusu Coal Preparation Plant was increased by 14.41 percentage points,the refined coal yield was improved by 9.88 percentage points,and the calorific value of the commercial coal was increased by 113 kcal/kg.The study shows that this dry and wet combined sorting process provides a good opportunity for the The study shows that this dry-wet combined sorting process provides an effective solution for the quality improvement and utilization of low-rank coal.
