针对国能包头能源有限责任公司煤炭洗选分公司韩家村选煤厂配煤管理现状及存在问题,提出了基于筒仓模式下的智能精准配煤系统研究建设思路.智能精准配煤系统包括硬件改造和软件改造两个方面,硬件改造主要实现多通道配煤,对筒仓仓前、仓后落料溜槽进行改造,增设3D料位计;软件改造主要是完成了筒仓动力煤模型及仿真系统、筒仓模拟与精准预测和精准配煤系统控制技术改造等内容,最终实现装车配煤产品平均灰分在±1%前提下质量稳定率≥80%,发运黄骅港等区外商品煤亏吨概率<5%,实现配煤过程中的煤质平衡、仓储平衡以及配煤质量与目标质量偏差的最小化.

Inview of the current situation and existing problems of coal blending management at the Hanjiacun Coal Preparation Plant of china energy Baotou Energy Co.,Ltd.,a research and construction idea for an intelligent and precise coal blending system based on the silo mode is proposed.The and precise coal blending system includes two modules:hardware transformation and software transformation.The hardware part mainly realizes multi-channel coal blending,modifies the coal drop chute before and the silo,and adds a 3D material level meter;the software part mainly completes the transformation of the silo power coal model and simulation system,transformation of silo simulation and precise prediction,and the transformation of intelligent and precise coal blending system control technology,etc.Finally,it achieves an average ash content the coal blending products within±1%with a quality stability rate of≥80%,and the probability of shortage in the coal shipped to Huanghua Port and areas is<5%.This ensures coal quality balance,warehouse balance,and minimizes the deviation between the coal blending quality and the target quality during the coal blending.
