Thermocouple analysis and application of crushing teeth based on ANSYS-Workbench
Aiming at problems such as tooth ring seizure and low assembly precision during the thermal assembly of crushing roller components in sizing crushers,Ansys-Workbench simulation was used to analyze the influence of heat capacity and temperature.Performance analysis was conducted by combining stress-strain data to examine the effects of heating temperature, heating speed, ambient temperature, and holding time. The research found that the maximum stress is jointly governed by the relative temperature difference and the final heating temperature, with larger relative temperature differences leading to higher maximum stress.Additionally, the temperature gradient between the tooth tips and the inner bore affects the uniformity of heat distribution. The authors proposed improvements to the thermal assembly conditions, and the revised process effectively enhanced assembly quality, preventing axial displacement during subsequent operation. This study provides guidance for improving the fit precision and assembly process of crushing roller components, helping to reduce safety risks and improve the operational reliability of crushing equipment.
