This paper analyzes the problems existing in the washing process of the block coal workshop of Xinjing coal preparation plant,such as high intermixing consumption,large quantity of cleaned coal products and frequent clog in the tail mine pipeline of the magnetic separator.To solve these problems,some improvement measures have been taken,such as increasing the deintermixing screen water jet device,replacing the medium pipeline,reducing the feed concentration of the magnetic separator and strengthening the underground coal quality management,which have effectively reduced the intermixing consumption and cleaned coal waste.The washing efficiency of block coal workshop in coal preparation plant is improved.
