摘要

针对平遥选煤厂中煤破碎后可进一步解离的煤质特点,对中煤破碎解离再选工艺进行了理论分析,制定了适合本厂的选煤方法及工艺流程.通过对本系统产品回收率、投资、运行成本、经济效益的测算,增加中煤破碎再选工艺系统后,理论上高灰精煤回收率增加0.28%,年产量增加8 400 t,年毛利润增加约517 万元,实现了"吃干榨尽"的原则,经济效益显著,对于本地区类似选煤厂工艺改造具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义.

Abstract

Based on middlings can be further dissociated after crushing,it takes a theoretical analysis about crushing and dissociation of middlings and makes suitable coal separation method and process flow in this paper.According to the calculations of product recovery rate,investment,operation cost and economic benefits of this system,high-ash clean coal recovery rate and annual output will be theoretically increased by 0.28%and 8400 tons with annual gross benefits increased by 5.17 million Yuan after crushing and disassociation process of middlings is added,which implements the principle of"eating up and squeezing dry",brings remarkable economic growth and provides reference value to nearby coal preparation plants with similar conditions who are considering this process.
