复合式干选机中煤产品再选工艺探讨

阐述了目前干法选煤厂中煤处理流程的设计问题,从理论上提出中煤再选的必要性,通过理论计算分析了中煤闭路回选和开路再选的分选精度差异及影响因素.以榆树井煤矿原煤分选为例,计算比较了不同中煤分选工艺流程的分选效果,确定了中煤再选技术方案.研究表明:干选中煤再次分选有利于提高分选效率,提高精煤产率;综合考虑基建投资、厂房空间、运行成本等因素,认为将干选中煤开路进行再选的方案经济效益最优.
Discussion on reseparation process of coal products in compound dry separator
This study explains the current design issues with the middlings treatment process in dry coal preparation plants,argues for the theoretical need for middlings reseparation,and uses theoretical calculations to examine the differences in separation accuracy and influencing factors between middlings closed-circuit reseparation and open-circuit reseparation.The separation impacts of various middlings separation procedures were computed and compared,and the middlings reseparation technology scheme was established using the raw coal separation at Yushujing Coal Mine as an example.The study demonstrates that reseparation of dry separation middlings improves separation efficiency and clean coal recovery.The open-circuit reseparation scheme in dry separation is thought to offer the most economic benefit when taking into account capital expenditure,plant size,operating costs,and other considerations.
