针对磨煤机扩能增产的项目中,将原磨煤机基础尺寸及基础所能承受的最大载荷不变的情况下将产能扩容的问题.首先进行满足产能的工艺设计,由于磨体尺寸的增大,为了保证原基础尺寸及载荷的一致,采用了特殊的磨体结构,改善了磨煤机磨体在动态运行的平稳性,同时,该结构大大减轻了磨机筒体及端部衬板的重量.改造从合理选型、磨体力学平衡、结构改变等方面,从磨煤机设计角度,使得其较传统磨机加工精度、运行平稳、自重轻量化等方面有了较大改善,对原磨机改造或新磨机的设计均有着良好的参考意义.

In the project of coal mill capacity expansion and production increase,the capacity expansion of the original coal mill base size and the maximum load that the base can bear remain unchanged.First of all,the process design to meet the production capacity is carried out.Due to the increase of the size of the mill body,in order to ensure the consistency of the original base size and load,a special structure of the mill body is adopted,which improves the smoothness of the mill body in dynamic operation.At the same time,the structure greatly reduces the weight of the mill cylinder and the end liner.From the aspects of reasonable selection,mechanical balance of grinding force,structural change and so on,from the perspective of coal mill design,it has greatly improved the processing accuracy,smooth operation and light weight of the traditional mill,which has a good reference significance forthe design of the original mill or the new mill.
