The practice of improving the dewatering effect of coal slurry in Datun Coal Preparation Center
The coal preparation plant under Datun Coal preparation Center upgraded the equipment of the coal slurry dewatering system,selecting functionally matched filter presses and dewatering equipments according to the characteristics of different coal slurry products and dewatering processes,and adopted the new type of single chamber feed air through-flow filter presses and automatic locking filter presses for dewatering of the fine and tailings slurry respectively,which has achieved good application results.After the equipment renewal,the moisture of fine and tailing coal slurry is reduced,the transportation capacity of the product is improved,and the freight cost is saved;the calorific value of tailing coal slurry is increased,which increases the electric coal yield for the group company and achieves good economic benefits.
