In view of the continuous deterioration of selected raw coal,the deterioration of the raw coal,the loss of middlings and gangue is higher,meanwhile the amount of gangue in the coal continues to rise.In order to solve the problems above,Zhangcun Mine Coal Washing Plant has improved the structural parameters of the three-product cyclone,and practice shows that the average value of the loss in middle coal is reduced by 0.27 percentage points,the coal in gangue is reduced by 0.59 percentage points,the gangue in medium coal is reduced by 10 percentage points,the plugging accident rate between the first and second connection ports is greatly reduced,and the separation effect of the second-stage is better than that of the original cyclone.
