双通道细筛在唐口煤矿煤泥重介环节的改造实践

针对唐口煤矿选煤厂脱介弧形筛使用过程中存在的筛上跑介、合介返回量少导致的磁选机回收压力大、运行不稳定,以及高频筛脱泥效果差导致的粗精煤产品灰分超标的问题,采用双通道细筛对原脱介、脱泥筛进行改造,改造后表明,实现了脱介环节的介质高效回收以及回收环节的高效脱泥,且系统稳定运行,粗精煤灰分指标可控.粗煤泥系统介耗指标降低了0.2 kg/t,总精煤产率提高了1.74%,获得了显著的经济效益.

Combined with the reality of Tangkou coal mine coal preparation plant production,in view of the problems of the high recovery pressure of the sieve,the unstable operation of the magnetic separation machine,and the excessive ash content of the crude refined coal products caused by the poor mud removal effect of the downstream high-frequency sieve,using double channel sieve on the original temperature removal,After the production,the efficient recovery of the medium and the recovery link are realized,the stable operation of the system is realized,and the classification index of crude cleaned coal ash is controlled.The consumption index of crude coal sludge system was reduced by 0.2 kg/t,the yield of total cleaned coal was increased by 1.74%,and the economic benefit was significant.
