叠层振动筛在水峪选煤厂的应用实践

针对水峪选煤厂粗精煤弧形筛脱泥降灰效果差、粗精煤产品灰分高的问题,提出了应用叠层振动筛替代弧形筛应用实践表明,粗精煤灰分由原来 11%以上降低至 10%以下,有效减少了重介精煤"背灰"的改造方案,重介精煤灰分由8.75%提高至9.15%,降低了浮选入料中>0.25 mm粒度级含量,有效提高了浮选系统分选效率,煤泥灰分由 68.06%提高至 73%以上,重介精煤和浮选精煤产率均得到显著提高.
Application of laminated vibration screen in Shuiyu Coal Preparation Plant
This paper details the working principle and technical parameters of the stack vibration screen.In view of the problems of poor ash removal effect and high ash content of coarse cleaned coal products,the transformation scheme of applying laminated vibration screen instead of arc screen is proposed.The feed concentration of the laminated screen was optimized and adjusted,and the process was further optimized by cutting part of the qualified cleaned coal in advance.The ash content of crude cleaned coal was reduced from more than 11%to less than 10%,which effectively reduces the influence of"owed ash"of heavy cleaned coal,increases the ash content of heavy cleaned coal from 8.75%to 9.15%,reduces the particle size content of>0.25 mm in flotation feed,effectively improves the sorting efficiency of flotation system,increases the ash content of coal from 68.06%to more than 73%,and the yield of both heavy cleaned coal and flotation cleaned coal effectively improved.
