The intelligent construction of Panji Coal Preparation Plant promotes the innovative practice of"workstation"replacing"position"management mode
Introduced the process characteristics and practical achievements of intelligent construction of Panji Coal Preparation Plant,Panji Coal Preparation Plant has eliminated fixed on-site positions and built 8 intelligent workstations through intelligent construction,achieving centralized scheduling management and creating an unmanned mode to achieve remote control of workstations,unmanned operation of production sites,and manned inspections.The application of new equipment,intelligent lubrication,intelligent power shutdown and transmission,and robots replacing manual operations have improved system reliability and reduced labor intensity for employees.Thanks to the construction of workstations,the production organization mode has been adjusted from four shifts and two operations to five shifts and three operations,increasing employees'rest time.This management model of"workstation"replacing"position"fully utilizes intelligent and information-based means to achieve remote control and efficient management of the production process.
