Application of slime drying system in Tashan Coal Preparation Plant
The main index of thermal coal is calorific value,in which moisture and ash are the main factors affecting thermal coal calorific value.Coal slime is an important part of commercial coal,and the water content is about 25%,which is significantly higher than the requirement of 9%of the overall water content of the product.Through the introduction of a drying system to treat the coal slime,the overall moisture of commercial coal is reduced,the problem of blocking the bucket of the high-speed car in winter after mixing the coal slime is solved,and the"precipitation quality improvement"is realized.
