Process technology reformation practice of China Coal Datong Energy Tashan Coal Preparation Plant
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the production process system of Tashan Coal preparation Plant of China Coal,and deeply analyzes the reasons for the key equipment with high production failure rate.The combination of equipment improvement and system optimization is put forward to optimize the working principle and mechanical structure of key single equipment.The failure rate of single equipment is reduced by 75%,the washing capacity and labor efficiency of coal preparation plant are improved,and good economic benefits are obtained.
