Study on the influence of ignition methods of MTC7500 calorimeter on the accuracy
This paper introduces the application of non-fuse ignition and laser ignition technology in oxygen bomb calorimeter.Laser ignition uses a laser beam emitted by a semiconductor laser generator to focus on the surface of the sample and quickly ignite the sample in a hyperbaric oxygen environment.Compared with traditional non-fuse ignition, laser ignition shows superior performance in point heat calculation and repeatability test. The experimental results show that the point ignition error of laser ignition is obviously better than that of non-fusing ignition, and the relative standard deviation of instrument heat capacity calibration and repeatability error of combustion heat measurement are significantly reduced. In addition, the integrated design of laser ignition with purging and aeration structure simplifies the structure and operation procedure of the oxygen bomb, improves the ignition reliability and working efficiency, reduces the operating cost, and improves the test accuracy. These advances have laid a foundation for the intellectualization of oxygen bomb calorimeter.
