针对煤样自动制备系统中机器人任务调度与自动化流程效率低下的问题,提出了一种基于优化算法的解决方案,采用机器人任务调度模型,并运用遗传算法、粒子群优化算法等对其进行求解,对自动化流程进行优化.应用结果表明,优化后的系统显著提高了运行效率,降低了能耗,并在任务执行速度、资源利用率等方面展现出明显优势,为煤炭行业的智能化发展提供了指导.
Research on task scheduling and path planning for automatic coal sample preparation systems
In response to the low efficiency issues in robot task scheduling and automated processes within coal sample automatic preparation systems,a solution based on optimization algorithms is proposed.This solution involves adopting a robot task scheduling model and applying algorithms such as Genetic Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization for solving the model.The application of these optimization techniques resulted in a significant improvement in system operation efficiency and a reduction in energy consumption.Furthermore,the optimized system demonstrated clear advantages in terms of task execution speed and resource utilization,providing guidancefor the intelligent development of the coal industry.
