摘要

为降低火车智能装车偏载,对装车过程中的物料粒度进行检测分析,通过安装工业相机和补光灯,采集火车车厢上表面图像,并对采集的图片进行统一预处理,对粒子化后的图像进行阈值分割,检测车厢内粒径大于50 mm的煤块数量,分析人工标定和图像数据,得出相关的分析数据,最后通过对现场物料粒度的检测,分析实际实施效果,为火车装车物料粒度研究提供理论与实践支持.

Abstract

In order to reduce the intelligent loading bias of the train,the material particle size in the loading process is detected and analysed.By installing industrial cameras and fill-in lamps,images of the upper surface of the train compartment are collected,and the collected pictures are uniformly pre-processed,and the threshold segmentation is performed for the particleised images,the number of coal lumps in the compartments with particle sizes larger than 50 mm is detected,and the manual calibration and image data are analysed to derive the relevant analysis data,then derive the relevant analysis dat.Finally,the actual implementation effect is analysed through the detection of material particle size on site to provide theoretical and practical research for the study of material particle size in train loading.
