概述了选煤厂人员安全行为管理的意义,探索并实施了加强人员行为管控、强化班组管理、强化安全培训教育、提升人员安全素质等人员安全文化管理措施,并提出了深化全员安全责任、做实"双预控"管理、强化安全培训教育、激发基层管理动力、强化科技兴安管理等今后的管理措施,为其他选煤厂的安全管理提供借鉴.
Abstract
This article summarizes the significance of personnel safety behavior management in coal preparation plants,explores and implements measures to strengthen personnel behavior control,strengthen team management,strengthen safety training and education,and improve personnel safety quality.It also proposes deepening the safety responsibility of all personnel,implementing"dual pre control"management,strengthening safety training and education,stimulating grassroots management motivation,and strengthening technology to promote safety management in the future.This provides reference for the safety management of other coal preparation plants.
