摘要
针对二分器供料要求高的问题,开发了一种 3 mm圆锥格槽二分器,并对其开展了试验研究.研究结论为:圆锥格槽二分器为 12 个,格槽平均宽度为 10.52 mm,格槽宽度变异系数为12.97%,符合要求;采用圆锥格槽二分器,煤流通畅,缩分后两侧留样质量平均偏差0.56%,符合要求;圆锥格槽二分器缩分精密度符合要求,缩分后两份留样均无偏倚;以3 mm圆锥格槽二分器为设备方法,以3 mm二分器作为国标方法,开展了可替代性检验,设备方法可以替代国标方法.3 mm圆锥格槽二分器可降低操作难度,减小制样过程缩分误差.
Abstract
In response to the high demand for material supply 0f he divider,the author developed a 3 mm conical lattice divider and conducted experimental research on it.The research conclusion was:the number of lattices on both sides was 12,the average width of the lattices was 10.52 mm,the coefficient of variation of lattice width was 12.97,which meet the requirements.The coal sample flowed smoothly,the average mass deviation of the retained samples on both sides after dividing was 0.56%,which meet the requirements.The precision of the divider meet the requirement,and both retained samples after dividing were unbiased.Using a 3 mm conical lattice divider as the equipment method and the 3 mm divider as the national standard method,the equipment method could replace the national standard method.The 3 mm conical lattice divider could reduce the difficulty of operation and minimize the error in sample preparation.
