摘要

概述了动态纳米增材(DNPA)技术的行业现状,介绍了动态纳米增材——中科宝鹿金属还原液的特点及基本原理,分析了其主要属性及实现的效果;通过在火力发电行业中的应用实践表明:金属还原液是同时具备减摩、抗磨和修复功能的磨损自修复材料,具有自修复功能或在磨损过程中通过形成新的补偿层来弥补磨损,实现设备磨损动态自修复,同时通过改善润滑实现节能减排、降本增效.

Abstract

This article summarizes the current status of dynamic nanoadditive(DNPA)technology in the industry,introduces the characteristics and basic principles of dynamic nanoadditive material-Zhongke Baolu metal reduction solution,analyzes its main properties and implementation effects.Through practical application in the thermal power industry,it shows that metal reduction solution is a wear self-healing material and technology that combines anti friction,anti-wear and repair functions.It can have self-healing function or form a new compensation layer to compensate for wear during the wear process,achieve dynamic self-healing of equipment wear,and improve lubrication to achieve energy saving,emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
