The dilemma and reconstruction of judicial credibility under network public opinion
While transmitting public opinion to supervise the judiciary,network we-media sets off a public opinion trial,eroding the independence of the trial,impacting judicial justice,shaking judicial authority,challenging the rule of law belief,and seriously damaging the credibility of the judiciary.The reason is that the lack of internal factors such as the independent mechanism of judicial organs,the establishment of judicial authority,the ability to bear public opinion,the implementation of judicial openness and effective public participation should be paid attention to.This paper proposes to scientifically understand the dual relationship between judicial credibility and public opinion,which promotes and conflicts with each other,and at the micro level of justice,to cultivate judicial neutral public reason,adhere to the bottom line of the rule of law in case trial,improve the ability to deal with judicial public opinion,and guide the public to participate in justice,so as to construct a benign interaction between judicial credibility and public opinion.
