摘要
当前,推进高校纪检监察工作高质量发展是提升学校治理水平的必然要求,也是适应新时代发展的必然选择.但是,一些高校纪检监察工作仍然存在职责定位不清晰、制度笼子未扎牢、政治监督不够实、"后半篇文章"不扎实等现象.因此,高校纪检监察工作要坚守职责定位、健全保障体系、强化内部监督,深化标本兼治等,不断深化改革和强化管理,以推进并实现高校纪检监察工作高质量发展.
Abstract
At present,promoting the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision in colleges and universities is not only an inevitable requirement to improve the level of school governance,but also an inevitable choice to adapt to the development of the new era.However,there are still some phenomena in the discipline inspection and supervision work in some colleges and universities,such as unclear responsibility positioning,unsecured institutional cage,insufficient political supervision,etc.Therefore,colleges and universities should adhere to the responsibility positioning,improve the security system,strengthen internal supervision,deepen the treatment of both symptoms and root causes,and constantly deepen reform and strengthen management to promote and achieve high-quality development of the discipline inspection and supervision work.
