自主发展能力是师范生的毕业要求之一,也是师范生的核心素质.这一能力的培养意义深远,但历来不受重视.基于"知行思交融原理",师范生自主发展能力的培养应立足知识结构的全面架构,培育职业情感,强化职业规划教育,提升自主发展的内驱力;强化教育行动体验,在多元化的岗位实践中获取实务经验,培养交流合作能力,提升自主发展的行动力;及时省思总结,以专业教学技能竞赛为主要抓手,培养反思精神与创新思维,提升自主发展的反思力.
Independent development ability is one of the graduation requirements of teacher professional certification,and it is also the core quality of normal students.The cultivation of this ability is of profound significance,but it has always been neglected.Based on the"knowledge,action and thought blending principle",this paper proposes to cultivate the independent development ability of normal students in multiple ways,including cultivating career emotion,strengthening the education action experience,cultivating the spirit of reflection and innovative thinking,improving the self-development of reflection,etc.
