医学生医事法律意识培养研究

摘要
为了解医学生对医事法律的认知情况,对医学生进行问卷调查及数据分析,从而为医学院校设置医事法律课程提供依据.调查中发现医学生医事法律意识薄弱、医事法律知识缺乏,以及医学生医事法律意识培养存在教育主体不重视、教学内容缺乏体系、教学模式单一等问题.为此,医学院校需加强医事法律意识培养,以提高医学生的法律素养.
Abstract
To explore the cognition of medical students to medical and legal law,504 medical students were investigated by questionnaire and the data were analyzed.The results showed that the medical students'consciousness of medical law is weak and their knowledge of medical law is lacking;there are some problems in the cultivation of medical students'awareness of medical law,such as the lack of education subject,the lack of teaching content system and the single teaching mode.It is urgent to strengthen the medical students'medical legal awareness training,and improve the effect of medical legal awareness training.
