产教融合视域下食品质量管理课程设计探究

在大力推进产教深度融合、实现校企"双元"育人的背景下,食品质量管理课程作为高职食品类专业的核心课程,邀请企业专家共同制定课程标准,将具有代表性的企业工作任务同步到课堂,内审员职业资格标准与课程深度融合,企业考核制度引入课程考核体系;同时,学校对课程的教学内容、教学方法设计、考核评价体系以及师资建设等方面进行改革,着重训练学生的职业素养,推进产教融合的食品质量管理课程建设.
Exploration of food quality management curriculum design from the perspective of integration of production and education
Under the background of vigorously promoting the deep integration of production and education and realizing the"dual"education of schools and enterprises,to construct food quality management,the core course of food majors in higher vocational colleges,enterprise experts are invited to jointly formulate curriculum standards,synchronizing representative enterprise work tasks into the classroom,deeply integrating the professional qualification standards of internal auditors with the curriculum,and introducing the curriculum assessment system into the enterprise assessment system.At the same time,the teaching content,teaching design,assessment and evaluation system and teacher construction of the course are reformed,focusing on training students'professional quality,and promoting the construction of food quality management course integrating production and education.
