立德树人是高校的立身之本,加强辅导员与专业课教师协同育人是新时代营造高校良好育人生态的有效途径.为了破解思想政治教育工作的"孤岛现象",高校应完善辅导员与专业课教师协同育人机制,提高学生思政教育工作的实效性,拓展高校协同育人新格局,形成"催化"协同育人工作的外在力量,产生育人协同效应.

Establishing virtue and fostering talent is the foundation of universities and colleges,and strengthening the collaboration between counselors and professional course teachers is an effective way to create a good educational ecology in the new era.In order to break the"island phenomenon"of ideological and political education,universities and colleges should improve the mechanism of collaborative education between counselors and professional course teachers,enhance the effectiveness of student ideological and political education work,expand the new pattern of collaborative education,form an external force for"catalyzing"collabortive education work,and generate a collaborative effect on education.
