Exploration on approaches to strengthening rural teacher team building——A case study of City L
Education and teaching reform aims to achieve educational equity and promote balanced development in education.Taking City L as an example,its"Head School System"reform strengthens the centralized management and resource integration,to promote the construction of rural teacher teams.At present,the construction of rural teacher teams in City L faces several issues,including uneven management levels at some branch schools,staffing shortages and imbalanced subject structures design,weak teacher and faculty resources,insufficient resource allocation,and a lack of assessment and evaluation mechanisms,etc.To address these problems,rural schools need to enhance their management capabilities and governance levels,resolve the issue of rural teacher staffing,invigorate the intrinsic vitality of rural teacher teams,advance cross-school online resource sharing,and strengthen the evaluation and supervision of the outcomes from the"Head School System"reform.This will help bridge the urban-rural education gap and promote balanced educational development between urban and rural areas.
