对于复杂模具零件,利用传统制造设备及工艺已无法满足加工要求.以某产品的模具零件为例,详细介绍UG的自动编程方法,给出加工参数及操作过程.同时,利用CAM软件实现复杂模具零件的加工编程可有效地提高加工效率及精度,降低加工成本.
Programming and application of CNC milling based on UG
For complex mold parts,traditional manufacturing equipment and processes are no longer sufficient to meet the requirements.Therefore,through a typical machining example,the automatic programming method of UG is introduced in detail,and detailed machining parameters and operation processes are provided.The use of CAM software to achieve machining programming for complex mold parts can effectively improve machining efficiency and accuracy,and reduce machining costs.
