基于三蝶烯衍生物的环氧树脂低介电改性研究

使用三蝶烯衍生物 3DX对酚醛环氧树脂SNE-625 进行改性,二氨基二苯砜(diaminodiphenyl sulfone,简称DDS)作为固化剂,制备树脂浇注体,对树脂浇注体的耐热性能和介电性能进行表征,研究三蝶烯衍生物对酚醛环氧树脂的改性效果.对三蝶烯衍生物的热分解温度、熔点等理化性质和介电常数、介电损耗进行了研究.实验结果表明,三蝶烯衍生物的熔点为254℃,在8~16 GHz范围内介电常数为2.5~3.0,介电损耗为0.1~0.4.随着3DX添加量的提高,SNE-625/DDS浇注体的玻璃化转变温度逐渐降低,介电常数和介电损耗呈下降趋势.加入 5%3DX时,SNE-625/DDS浇注体的玻璃化转变温度由195℃降至 178℃,降低了8.71%.加入10%3DX时,SNE-625/DDS浇注体的介电常数由3.49 降至3.36,降低3.72%,介电损耗由 2.66×10-2 降至 2.55×10-2,降低 4.13%.综合结果表明,3DX可以降低酚醛环氧树脂SNE-625 的介电常数和介电损耗,同时降低SNE-625 的玻璃化转变温度.
The phenolic epoxy resin SNE-625 was modified by triptene derivative 3DX,and diaminodiphenyl sul-fone(DDS)was used as a curing agent to prepare the resin casting.The heat resistance and dielectric properties of the resin castable body were characterized,and the modification effect of triptene derivatives on phenolic epoxy res-in was studied.The physical and chemical properties such as thermal decomposition temperature and melting point,dielectric constant and dielectric loss of triptene derivatives were studied.The experimental results show that the melting point of triptene derivatives is 254℃,the dielectric constant is 2.5~3.0 and the dielectric loss is 0.1~0.4 in the range of 8~16 GHz.With the increase of 3DX addition,the glass transition temperature of SNE-625/DDS casting gradually decreased,and the dielectric constant and dielectric loss showed a decreasing trend.When 5%3DX was added,the glass transition temperature of SNE-625/DDS casting decreased from 195 ℃ to 178℃,which was reduced by 8.71%.When 10%3DX is added,the dielectric constant of SNE-625/DDS cast-ing body decreases from 3.49 to 3.36,a decrease of 3.72%,and the dielectric loss decreases from 2.66×10-2 to 2.55×10-2,a decrease of 4.13%.The comprehensive results show that 3DX can reduce the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of phenolic epoxy resin SNE-625,and reduce the glass transition temperature of SNE-625.
