双驾驶体制飞机联动式操纵装置指令综合技术研究

在现代电传飞行控制系统中,操纵装置指令综合扮演着至关重要的角色.特别是在采用双驾驶体制的飞机上,联动式操纵装置的使用大幅增加了操纵指令综合的复杂性.结合双驾驶体制飞机飞行员的角色定位及操纵装置的故障模式,分析了操纵装置指令综合理念,设计了指令综合逻辑算法,并研究了操纵指令成形的设计考虑.仿真结果表明,该方法成功地实现了双驾驶体制联动式操纵装置正常情况、传感器故障及单侧机械卡滞故障等工况下指令的正确选取,解决了电传飞行控制系统飞机复杂操纵装置系统高安全指令综合问题,具有良好的工程应用价值.
Research on command synthesis technology of linkage cockpit steering for dual-pilot aircraft
Steering command synthesis is very important for modern fly-by-wire flight control system aircraft,espe-cially the linkage steering mode of dual-pilot brings great complexity to control command synthesis.Based on the role of the pilot and the fault mode of the steering,this paper analyzes the command synthesis concept of the steer-ing,designs the command synthesis logic algorithm,and studies the design consideration of the control command shaping.The simulation results show that this method successfully realizes the correct selection of the command un-der the conditions of the normal,sensor fault and one-sided mechanical stuck fault of the dual-pilot linkage steering,and solves the problem of high safety command synthesis of the complex steering of the fly-by-wire control system,which has good engineering application value.
