摘要
当前,在以习近平同志为核心的新一届中央领导集体的倡导下,军民融合发展已经成为我国国家战略之一.在军民融合发展背景之下,高等教育培养高素质新型军事人才,是我国强军兴军的核心引擎和重要目标.本文对军民融合发展中高等教育的重要作用,特别是国防科技人才培养的重要作用进行了阐述,提出了军民融合发展背景下高等教育人才培养路径探索和创新的建议.
Abstract
Civil-military integration has become one of China's national strategies. Under the background of military and civilian integration and development, higher education cultivates a large number of high-quality new military talents, which is the core and important goal of building a strong army in China. This paper expounds the important role of higher education in the development of civil-military integration, especially the important role of personnel training in national defense science and technology.
