Measurement and Obstacle Factor Analysis of High-quality Economic Development in Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration
This paper constructs a comprehensive index system with the new development concept as the core index, uses the entropy weight topsis method to measure the high-quality economic development index of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration from 2011 to 2020,profoundly analyzes the static pattern and dynamic evolution trend of the high-quality economic development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, and uses the obstacle degree model to measure the main obstacle factors of high-quality development. The study finds that the high-quality economic development level of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is in-creasing year by year, and the gap between regional development levels is large, but there is a trend of narrowing year by year. The spatial distribution shows a trend of"high at both ends and low in the middle";in the natural breakpoint group, the number of high-level and medium-high-level cities is small, and the number of medium-low-level and low-level cities is large. However, with the devel-opment of time, the numbers of medium-high-level and medium-low-level cities gradually increase, and the structure tends to be"olive-like";the five sub-dimensions of innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing in the sub-indicators show different distribution patterns and evolution trends. The main criterion layer obstacle factors are innovation, openness, and sharing.
