Dimensions and Strategies of the Cultivation of Ideology and Politics Teachers in Colleges and Universities——Based on the Analysis of Three Provincial Implementation Plans
The ideology and politics teachers in the new era have obtained new opportunities for development,and the country has put forward new requirements for them.The construction of the ideology and politics teaching team in colleges and universities is an important project at this stage.Based on the analysis of the implementation plan of the construction of the ideology and politics teaching team in colleges and universities in Fujian,Hunan and Guangxi,this paper explores four dimensions of team goal,construc-tion process,evaluation mechanism and incentive guarantee of the construction of the ideology and politics teaching team in colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies,including improving the efficiency of the use of funds,the quality of talent training,and the policy of talent introduction;in the process of construction,based on the characteristics of colleges and universities,exchange activities should be carried out to promote teaching and enhance teaching skills through competitions,and the reserve force of teachers'growth archives should be built;in the construction of evaluation mechanism,the proportion of political literacy evaluation should be increased,the identification mechanism of special scientific research should be improved,a number of evaluation expert groups should be set up,and a positive interaction platform between teachers and students should be built;in the creation of the atmosphere of incentive guarantee and the implementation of measures,it focuses on typical commendation activities and a good campus environment to emphasize the improvement of leadership and governance,strengthen work guidance,and enhance supervision and implementation.
