三线建设工业遗产活化利用探究——以泸州茜草坝为例

摘要
三线建设时期,泸州茜草坝在全国支援下崛起了关系紧密的长江起重机、长江挖掘机和长江液压件三座大中型工程机械厂,快速形成了泸州的现代化"机械王国".自1965 年以来,三厂历经迁建、合并、分厂、改制.迁厂后,现仅留下长江起重机厂旧址作为城市文化活动区域.就茜草坝三线工业遗址的保护与利用而言,可通过对茜草坝新型工业博物馆建设、"互联网+"远程云教育等方式的综合运用,打造以茜草坝三线工业遗址为中心,泸州市各区县红色、自然景观等为主节点,构建集三线文化、红色文化与自然景观于一体的辐射式跨市域文旅圈,从而促进茜草坝三线工业遗产活化,并以此推动以三线工业遗产为主题的区域旅游事业发展.
Abstract
During the period of the Third-line construction,Luzhou Qiancao Dam built three large and central construction machinery factories:the Yangtze River crane,Yangtze River excavator,and Yangtze River hydraulic parts,with the support of the whole country,quickly forming the modern"machinery kingdom"of Luzhou.Since 1965,after the relocation,merger,branch factories,and re-structuring,only the old site of the Yangtze River crane factory was left as the urban cultural activity area.As far as the protection and utilization of the Third-line industrial site of Qiancao Dam is concerned,the comprehensive application of the construction of the new industrial museum of Xicaoba and the"Internet +"remote cloud education can be used to create a node with the Third-line industrial site of Qiancao Dam as the center and the red and natural landscape of various districts and counties in Luzhou City as the main nodes.To construct a radiant cross-city cultural tourism circle integrating the Third-line culture,red culture,and natural landscape to promote the activation of the Third-line industrial heritage at Qiancao Dam,and thus promote the development of regional tourism with Third-line industrial heritage as the theme.
