上海八五钢厂是上海乃至全国小三线建设中最大的企业,改革开放后经历了重大发展变革.随着国家工作重心的转移,小三线建设进入"军转民"时期,这对八五钢厂职工带来了巨大的思想洗礼和挑战.为了帮助广大职工克服思想困境,八五钢厂党委构建起一套思想政治工作体系.上海八五钢厂通过在学习中解放思想凝聚共识,紧紧围绕生产中心,将思想政治工作融入生产过程各环节,树立典型模范发挥示范作用,加强对青年的思想引领等形式,充分发挥了思想政治工作在稳定人心、统一思想、凝聚力量方面的作用,使思想政治工作成为企业发展的"稳定器"和"助推器",为企业发展提供了有力的保障.
Research on Ideological and Political Work in the Small Third-line Enterprises after Reform and Opening Up(1979-1985):Taking Shanghai 85 Steel Plant as an Example
The Shanghai 85 Steel Plant is the largest enterprise in Shanghai and even the entire country's small Third-line construction.After the reform and opening up,it underwent significant development and changes.With the shift in national focus,the small Third-line construction entered the period of"military to civilian"conversion,which brought about significant ideological transformations and challenges for the employees of the 85 Steel Plant.In order to help the vast number of employees overcome ideological dilemmas,the Party Committee of the 85 Steel Plant established a comprehensive ideological and political work system.By liberating minds through learning to build consensus,closely focusing on the production center,integrating ideological and political work into every aspect of the production process,setting up exemplary models to play a demonstrative role,and strengthening ideological guidance for the youth,the Shanghai 85 Steel Plant fully utilized the role of ideological and political work in stabilizing people's minds,unifying thoughts,and rallying forces.It became a"stabilizer"and"accelerator"for enterprise development,providing powerful guarantee for its growth.
