The Influence of Servant Leadership on the Employees'Creativity:The Mediating Role of LMX and the Moderating Role of Work Stress
The digital era has brought a series of opportunities and challenges,and the employees'creativity is one of the effective means for enterprises of coping with complex and turbulent external environments.Based on social exchange theory,this study reveals the influence of the psychological mechanism of servant leadership on the employees'creativity.A research was conducted through a questionnaire survey on 28 bank branch employees.The results show that servant leadership is positively related to employee creativity,leader-member exchange(LMX)partially mediates the relationship between servant leadership and employee creativity,and work stress as an important psychological perception factor negatively moderates the relationship between servant leadership and LMX.This study focuses on servant leadership behavior and its effectiveness,further enriches and develops the leadership theory,expands the research on the relationship between leadership and creativity,discusses the psychological mechanism of their relationship,and pro-vides a new research perspective for the research on creativity and management enlightenment for enterprise managers to promote the improvement of the employees'creativity.
