碳排放权交易制度对能源效率的影响研究

基于2007-2019年省级面板数据,运用倾向匹配得分(PSM)和双重差分法(DID),探讨了我国碳排放权交易制度对能源效率的影响效果.研究发现:碳排放权交易制度显著提升了能源效率,主要通过促进市场化、削弱资源诅咒的途径提升能源效率.异质性分析表明:相对于东部和中部地区,在西部地区碳排放权交易制度对能源效率的提升作用更强;在绿色创新效率高、环保支出效应高的区域,碳排放权交易制度对能源效率的促进作用更显著.
Study on the Impact of Carbon Emission Trading System on Energy Efficiency
Based on the provincial panel data from 2007 to 2019,the influence of China's carbon emission trading system on energy efficiency was investigated by using PSM and DID.The result shows that the carbon emission trading system has significantly im-proved energy utilization efficiency,mainly by promoting marketization and reducing the resource curse.The heterogeneity analysis shows that compared with the eastern and central regions,the carbon emission trading system improves energy efficiency in the western region more significantly.In the regions with high green innovation efficiency and high environmental protection expenditure effect,the carbon emission trading system plays a more prominent role in promoting energy use efficiency.
