摘要
新中国成立初期,为改变四川解放前疫病肆虐状况,应对美国细菌战威胁,《四川日报》持续关注并大规模报道爱国卫生运动.通过参与爱国卫生运动组织、宣传、模范以及策略动员,使相关领导和组织承担起相应责任,要求社会各界树立正确思想,汲取榜样力量形成向上氛围,激发社会全体成员创新活力.《四川日报》的社会动员围绕党和政府政策中心工作而展开,体现了鲜明"党性"原则,同时践行群众路线,善用批评与自我批评锐利武器,重视议程设置,灵活运用多种呈现形式报道方式,极大提升了社会动员效果.经过各方不懈努力,并结合《四川日报》卓有成效的社会动员,不仅增强了人民群众体质,使他们养成了讲究卫生习惯,而且树立了政治权威,赢得了政治认同,同时破除了封建迷信,营造了良好社会氛围,最终实现了个人、国家和社会的三方共赢.
Abstract
In the early days of the People's Republic of China,in order to change the epidemic situation in Sichuan before the liberation of the People's Republic of China and cope with the threat of bacterial warfare from the United States,Sichuan Daily continued to pay attention to and reported the patriotic health movement on a large scale.By participating in the organization,publicity,model,and strategic mobilization of the patriotic health movement,it requires the relevant leaders and organizations to assume the corresponding responsibilities and all sectors of society to set up correct ideas,draws the power of example to form an upward atmosphere,and stimulates the innovation vitality of all members of society.The social mobilization of Sichuan Daily is carried out around the central work of the Party and government policies,which reflects the clear principle of"Party spirit."At the same time,it practices the mass line,makes good use of the sharp weapon of criticism and self-criticism,attaches importance to agenda setting,and flexibly uses various forms of presentation reporting,which significantly improves the effect of social mobilization.Through unremitting efforts from all parties and effective social mobilization by Sichuan Daily,not only has the people's physique been strengthened,they have developed hygiene habits,but political authority has been established,political recognition has been won,and feudal superstitions have been dispelled,creating a good social atmosphere.Finally,the tripartite win-win for individuals,the state,and society was realized.
