On the Awareness of Native Culture of the Postgraduates of Foreign Languages in the Contemporary Net Language Carnival:Problems and Countermeasures
The postgraduates of foreign languages,top talents in the discipline of foreign languages and literature,have been among the most active advocates and users of the net language;a severe problem in the education of foreign languages arises,namely,how to stick to and enhance the awareness of native culture,when their daily communication and academic practice are deeply affected by the net language.To help attain the cultivating goals of"attaching importance to complementing Chinese and western cultures and to edu-cating graduates of erudition,"based on probing into the awareness of native culture of the postgraduates of foreign languages in the net language carnival,two countermeasures are proposed to solve the current problem:an adherence to the awareness of native culture oriented by a strong identification of Chinese culture and an enhancement of the awareness of native culture focused on strengthening the connotation of the discipline.
