基于胜任力培养的《咨询心理学》课程教学设计与实践

本研究以应用心理学专业学生从事心理咨询(辅导)工作的胜任力培养为教学目标,从教学内容的模块化、教学方式的综合化、教学评价的立体化等方面设计教学改革方案,构建了"理论知识+基本技术+实践应用+自我成长"四位一体的课程内容体系,将行为主义、认知主义、建构主义的教学设计理念综合应用于该课程的不同教学阶段和教学内容,采取线上+线下混合式教学模式,对应用心理学专业 2017~2019 级学生开展教学实践.结果表明,学生在从事朋辈心理咨询工作的胜任力和人际反应指针量表上的得分,开课后比开课前均有了显著提升.
Instructional Design and Practice on Counseling Psychology Course Based on Competence Cultivation
This study aims to cultivate the competency of students majoring in applied psychology to do psychological counseling(counseling)work and designs a teaching reform plan based on modularization of teaching content,integration of teaching methods,and three-dimensional teaching evaluation.This study constructs the four-in-one course content system of"theoretical knowledge+basic technology+practical application+self-growth";applies a combination of behaviorist,cognitivist,and constructivist instructional design concepts to the different instructional stages and content of the course;and uses online plus offline hybrid teaching mode to carry out teaching practice for the students majoring in applied psychology between the years from 2017 to 2019.The result shows that students'competence scores on the counseling scale and IRI-C improved significantly after the course compared to before the course.
