The aesthetic thought of music and dance in ancient China contains a rich spirit of aesthetic education.Inspired by the aesthetic thought of music and dance,dance aesthetic education points to the unity of artistic sensibility and moral ration-ality,the unity of physical skills and aesthetic culture,the unity of diversity and the subject of dance,and the unity of daily life and art.In teaching practice,teachers should construct paths from a holistic perspective,internalize values in the explicit expression of body language,and arouse aesthetic emotions through image guidance and situation creation.In addition,they are supposed to interpret the symbolic connotation of body language,design images and plots for actions,and promote the integration of craftsmanship and humanity through situational association and vicarious thinking in embodied practice.More-over,teachers are expected to promote cross-disciplinary integration and build the internal correlation of knowledge and the commonality of core artistic qualities,as well as to explore life elements,choose realistic themes,and elevate the language of life movements to the body language of dance,so as to strengthen image thinking and cultivate aesthetic taste in the process of creative transformation.
