In Habermas's"The Structural Transformation of the Public Sphere",the public discussion culture in the literary public sphere has the characteristic of integrating aesthetic education and enlightenment education.In the process of transfor-ming from the literary public sphere to the bourgeois political public sphere,aesthetic education has evolved towards enlight-enment education.In the public sphere of literature,literary criticism,as a rehearsal of political criticism,is an aesthetic ed-ucation with aesthetic communication and enlightenment function.Its enlightenment function is mainly reflected in the fol-lowing five aspects:the enlightenment of aesthetic knowledge,the enlightenment of aesthetic political criticism,the enlight-enment of private subjectivity,the enlightenment of communicative rationality,and democratic and equal enlightenment.
