摘要

当代中国的艺术学、美学研究中,涉及"本体论"的研究占有相当大的比重."本体"首先是一个哲学范畴,所谓"本体论"问题,亦首先是一个哲学问题."本体"是中国固有的一个概念,而"本体论"则完全是一个西方概念,它是西方历史上所特有的一种形而上学形态.考察"本体"和"本体论"概念的意义及其在当代中国哲学、艺术学、美学等一些相关领域的使用状况,我们会发现,只有一个本体论,即哲学"本体论".平时司空见惯的诸如"艺术学本体论""美学本体论"等说法,实际上都不是真正意义上的本体论.它们如果不是泛化式的误用或蒯因式的"本体论承诺"——这两者和本体论其实都是偏离的——那指向的就是特定学科领域中隐含的哲学本体论基础.

Abstract

A large amount of research in contemporary Chinese art and aesthetic field is related to ontology.However,"On-tology"is first and foremost a philosophical category,and the so-called"ontological"problem is first and foremost a philo-sophical one."Ontology"is an inherent concept in China,while"ontology"is entirely a Western concept,which is a u-nique metaphysical form in Western history.Considering the significance of the concepts of"noumenon"and"ontology",and the usage of these concepts in contemporary Chinese philosophy,art studies,aesthetics and other related fields,we'll find that in fact there is only one ontology named the philosophical"ontology".Some quite common terms such as"Aes-thetics Ontology","Art Ontology",and so on,are not true"ontologies".These terms actually mean"ontological funda-ment"in philosophy,if they are neither some kinds of misrepresentation nor another way of expression of"Ontological Commitment"in specific fields.
