摘要

乡村美育教师学习共同体对解决乡村美育发展困境、提升美育高质量发展具有重要作用,但其自身发展面临多重困难.以跨界联动和教师学习共同体的概念为框架,构建"跨学科""跨机构""跨教育资源"的乡村美育教师学习共同体新模式,可推动乡村美育教师专业发展,为乡村美育教师的专业成长和发展提供理论和实践指导.

Abstract

Although the learning community for rural arts education teachers plays an important role in resolving the challen-ges of rural arts education development and improving educational quality,it also faces multiple obstacles in its own growth.This study aims to use the concepts of cross-sectoral collaboration and teacher learning community as the framework to ex-plore new models for building such a learning community for rural arts education teachers,propose a rural arts education teacher learning community model that integrates"cross-discipline","cross-institution"and"cross-educational resources",and undertake in-depth theoretical exploration and discussion of this model.The research reveals the significant role of cross-sectoral collaboration in fostering the development of the rural arts education teacher learning community and provides theo-retical and practical guidance for the professional growth and development of rural arts education teachers.
