On Trinity Mode for Compliance Management of Enterprise Intellectual Property Rights
By analyzing the direct beneficiaries,indirect beneficiaries,and ultimate beneficiaries of enterprise intellectual property compliance,this paper aims to find the logical starting point for enterprise intellectual property compliance management,explore a three-in-one intellectual property compliance management closed-loop model of"internal compliance management,industry compliance guidance,and government compliance supervision",and propose to develop and implement standards for identifying advantageous and demonstration enterprises in enterprise intellectual property compliance management as soon as possible,and propose suggestions for strengthening the performance evaluation of enterprise intellectual property compliance to promote enterprise intellectual property compliance management.
