摘要
构建全国统一大市场是工业革命以来各国通过建立统一的全国性市场迈向现代化积累的历史经验总结,是对马克思主义政治经济学关于"建立国内市场"思想的继承和发展,是新时代新征程加快推进中国式现代化建设的现实需要.新时代新征程,构建全国统一大市场,从根本上来说就是需要处理好"三对关系":从政党与市场的关系来看,要加强党对构建全国统一大市场的领导;从政府与市场的关系来看,要推动有效市场和有为政府更好结合;从国内市场与国际市场的关系来看,要增强国内国际两个市场的联动效应.
Abstract
In the new era and new journey of building a unified national market,fundamentally speaking,it is necessary to handle the"three pairs of relationships":from the perspective of the relationship between political parties and the market,it is necessary to strengthen the Party's leadership in building a unified national market;from the perspective of the relationship between the government and the market,it is necessary to promote a better combination of effective markets and promising governments;from the perspective of the relationship between the domestic and international markets,it is necessary to enhance the linkage effect between the two markets.
