On College English Teachers'Literacy of Curriculum for Ideology and Politics in the Context of New Liberal Arts
Taking interdisciplinary political literacy cognition,interdisciplinary professional literacy cognition,interdisciplinary humanistic literacy cognition,and interdisciplinary information literacy cognition as dimensions,this paper discuses the ideological and political literacy ability of English teachers in local universities in Jiangxi through a questionnaire.The results show that all four dimensions are influenced to varying degrees by personal factors such as teacher gender,teaching experience,and professional title.The study proposes the establishment of a"pro other self"community,the creation of interdisciplinary ideological and political education research atmosphere,and the establishment of diversified information technology learning platforms as problem strategies,providing support and reference for the construction and development of university English teacher teams in the context of the new liberal arts.
