探析凉山彝族饮食文化与乡村旅游发展的互构状态

乡村旅游发展随着人们精神文化的需求逐年攀升,而作为旅游必备的饮食也成了重要的一环.凉山,凭借着复杂多样的地貌、干湿分明的气候以及这片土地的主要原著民族(彝族)文化,拥有着丰富的旅游资源,随着凉山境内旅游区域的变化,饮食也呈现多样性.游客的饮食里"掺入"凉山彝族文化,这在视觉和味觉上无疑给了他们直观形象的深刻印象,也让他们体会到丰富的精神内涵,更体验到与其他旅游地不一样的感受.因此,以凉山彝族饮食文化与乡村旅游发展的关系呈互构状态为探析,即凉山彝族饮食文化对乡村旅游起助推的作用,乡村旅游反过来也对凉山彝族饮食文化起宣传的影响,得出凉山彝族饮食文化和乡村旅游需要融合发展的结论.
The Mutual Structure of Liangshan Yi Food Culture and Rural Tourism Development
The development of rural tourism has been increasing year by year with the spiritual and cultural needs of people,and as an essential part of tourism,food has also become an important part.Taking the relationship between Liangshan Yi ethnic cuisine culture and rural tourism development as an analysis,it is found that Liangshan Yi ethnic cuisine culture plays a supportive role in rural tourism,and rural tourism in turn has an impact on promoting Liangshan Yi ethnic cuisine culture.The conclusion is that Liangshan Yi ethnic cuisine culture and rural tourism need to be integrated and developed.
