Theoretical & Practical Logic Analysis of China's Development of Southeast Asian Relations from Perspective of Three Global Initiatives
The three major global initiatives are China's wisdom and solutions to governance issues of global concern based on the responsibility of a major country.The initiatives on development,security and civilization reflect respectively the development concept of Chinese path to modernization,the concept of fairness and justice for all and the inclusive concept of harmonious coexistence.China pursues the goal of being a responsible major country and integrates the three major initiatives into its diplomatic practice with Southeast Asian countries.Its theoretical logic is based on a sense of responsibility to build a regional peace order,a sense of confidence to establish its own development model,a sense of supply of international public goods,and a sense of self-discipline to limit the power of major countries.The practical logic is reflected in functional goals in economic,political,and cultural aspects.
