摘要

实行本科生导师制是国内外本科教育的一个重要手段,其对于学生学习行为产生的积极影响也得到了社会各界、家长和学生的广泛认可.目前,本科生导师制在实施过程中也存在一些问题,分析本科生导师制在执行中存在的问题,并提出完善本科生导师制的具体措施.通过不断完善和优化导师制度,可以更好地发挥其积极作用,推动高等教育质量的提升.

Abstract

The implementation of the undergraduate tutor system is an important means of undergraduate education both domestically and internationally.Its positive influence on students'study behavior has been widely recognized by various sectors of society,parents,and students.However,there are also some problems in the implementation of the undergraduate tutor system.The paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of the undergraduate tutor system and proposes specific measures to improve it.By improving and optimizing the tutor system continuously,its positive effects can be better harnessed so as to improve the quality of higher education.
